One Pot Beef and Broccoli

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup carrots, shredded
  • 1.5 lb broccoli (2 bags chopped)
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce or liquid aminos
  • 1/2 cup Thai Sweet Ginger sauce Trader Joe's
  • Sriracha optional if you like spice! I did 1/4 cup
  • 2 cubes ginger Trader Joe's
  • 2 cubes garlic Trader Joe's


  • In a large sauce pan (with a lid) cook the hamburger until almost done.
  • Once it is almost done, add the veggies, ginger, and garlic. Cover (very important so the steam cooks it).
  • After 10 minutes check o veggies to see if they are cooked thoroughly. If so, add the sauce and cook for an additional 5-10 minutes.
  • Once it has simmered and is all the way done, serve over white rice.
