One Pot Beef and Broccoli

bell pepper, chopped

carrots, shredded

broccoli (2 bags chopped)

soy sauce or liquid aminos
1/2

Thai Sweet Ginger sauce
Trader Joe's
Sriracha
optional if you like spice! I did 1/4 cup

Instructions
In a large sauce pan (with a lid) cook the hamburger until almost done.
Once it is almost done, add the veggies, ginger, and garlic. Cover (very important so the steam cooks it).
After 10 minutes check o veggies to see if they are cooked thoroughly. If so, add the sauce and cook for an additional 5-10 minutes.
Once it has simmered and is all the way done, serve over white rice.
