Egg Roll in a Bowl

Say hello to your new favorite on repeat dish that's packed with veggies. Ready in less than 15 minutes!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 bag green cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 bag carrots, shredded
  • 2 ginger cubes Trader Joe's or fresh chopped ginger
  • 1 garlic cube Trader Joe's or 1 clove chopped garlic
  • chives to top
  • cilantro
  • white rice, prepared

Sauce

  • 3 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp Thai sweet ginger sauce Trader Joe's
  • juice from half a lime
  • red pepper flakes if you like spice!

Instructions
 

  • Add chicken, cabbage and carrots to medium sauce pan, cook thoroughly.
  • Add the sauce.
  • Serve over cooked white rice.
  • Top with chives and cilantro if desired!
