Egg Roll in a Bowl

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 bag green cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 bag carrots, shredded
- 2 ginger cubes Trader Joe's or fresh chopped ginger
- 1 garlic cube Trader Joe's or 1 clove chopped garlic
- chives to top
- cilantro
- white rice, prepared
Sauce
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp Thai sweet ginger sauce Trader Joe's
- juice from half a lime
- red pepper flakes if you like spice!
Instructions
- Add chicken, cabbage and carrots to medium sauce pan, cook thoroughly.
- Add the sauce.
- Serve over cooked white rice.
- Top with chives and cilantro if desired!
