Egg Roll in a Bowl
Say hello to your new favorite on repeat dish that's packed with veggies. Ready in less than 15 minutes!

- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 bag green cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 bag carrots, shredded
- 2 ginger cubes Trader Joe's or fresh chopped ginger
- 1 garlic cube Trader Joe's or 1 clove chopped garlic
- chives to top
- cilantro
- white rice, prepared
Sauce
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp Thai sweet ginger sauce Trader Joe's
- juice from half a lime
- red pepper flakes if you like spice!
Add chicken, cabbage and carrots to medium sauce pan, cook thoroughly.
Add the sauce.
Serve over cooked white rice.
Top with chives and cilantro if desired!
