High Protein Egg Salad

Elevating your egg salad and adding so much more protein than your traditional egg salad! The perfect summer snack, breakfast, or side dish for a cook out.

  • 8 hard boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 cup cottage cheese Good Culture
  • 1 large celery stalk, diced small
  • 2 radishes, diced small
  • 1-2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1-2 tsp honey mustard
  • 1/2 tsp dried dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


  • If you want hard boil your eggs in an instant pot follow these directions. Put them in the instapot over a little bit of water. Let it raise to pressure, 5 minutes at pressure, let them rest for 5 minutes before venting, followed by a 5 minute ice bath! They peel perfectly every time! 
  • Combine all ingredients and mix!
