Raspberry Chocolate Baked Oats
Quick, easy, and delicious breakfast to prepare for the week ahead! Enjoy with collagen in your coffee to make sure you get adequate protein for blood sugar balance.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats, blended
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/4 of a banana
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- handful chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup fresh raspberries
- dash sea salt
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender (minus raspberries and chocolate chips).
- Pour into a small baking dish (the small 5×12 oz glass food storage containers work perfectly).
- Top with raspberries and chocolate chips.
- Bake at 350F for 15-18 minutes or until desired texture.
