Lemon Herb Vinaigrette


  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • juice from a 1 large lemon
  • 1 heaping tsp citrusy garlic seasoning from Trader Joes
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 cup dijon mustard
  • 1/8 cup honey


  • Add all ingredients to a blender, blend until smooth!
  • ** pairs really well with chopped kale, and parmesan cheese. Tip: Add the dressing 5 minutes before you are going to eat it to let the flavors blend and it will soften the kale.
