Lemon Herb Vinaigrette
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- juice from a 1 large lemon
- 1 heaping tsp citrusy garlic seasoning from Trader Joes
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
- 1/8 cup honey
- Add all ingredients to a blender, blend until smooth!
- ** pairs really well with chopped kale, and parmesan cheese. Tip: Add the dressing 5 minutes before you are going to eat it to let the flavors blend and it will soften the kale.
