Kale Pesto Panini
- 1 cup kale
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp parmesan
- 1 large clove garlic
- juice from half a lemon
- 1/2 red bell pepper, sautéed
- deli turkey
- muenster cheese
- 2 slices @farmtomarket sourdough
- Massage and then sauté kale in saucepan until barely wilted.
- Add kale, parmesan, olive oil and lemon to blender.
- Blend/ pulse until broken up and “paste like”.
- Sauté the peppers until soft.
- Spread the kale on both sides of the bread. Top with turkey, cheese, bell peppers.
- Cook until cheese is melted and it’s golden brown!
