Avocado Mango Salsa


  • 2 cups fresh mango, chopped
  • 1 red or orange bell pepper, chopped
  • 1-2 avocados, chopped
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • juice from 1-2 limes
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • fresh jalapeño, chopped


  • Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Best to let it set for a few hours or overnight to let flavors combine.


Great served with chips, on a salad, with salmon, on tacos- basically anything!
