Fall Harvest Salad with Maple Dijon Vinaigrette
An easy side dish for thanksgiving, or an absolutely incredible salad to have for lunch! This is seriously so simple and everyone I’ve made it for loves it!
Ingredients
Dressing
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1-2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
Salad
- 1 package spring mix
- 1 honey crisp apple, chopped
- cranberries
- pecans
- feta
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients for the dressing in a blender

I used the ninja bullet blender for the dressing.
