Cranberry Pecan Brussel Spout Salad

A twist on a fall harvest salad. The perfect side dish for Thanksgiving!

For the salad

  • 5 cups shaved Brussel Sprouts
  • 1 cup honey crisp apple
  • 1 cup candied pecans, chopped Trader Joe's are the best
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cranberries
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese

For the dressing

  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1-2 cloves garlic or garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl and serve immediately! Hope you enjoy this dish!
  • *Does not keep well overnight so it’s recommended to wait to add the dressing until you are ready to serve!
