Avocado Mango Salsa
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh mango, chopped
- 1 red or orange bell pepper, chopped
- 1-2 avocados, chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- juice from 1-2 limes
- salt and pepper to taste
- fresh jalapeño, chopped
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Best to let it set for a few hours or overnight to let flavors combine.

Great served with chips, on a salad, with salmon, on tacos- basically anything!
