TAJIN ROASTED NUTS
Making snack time easy, delicious and nourishing! I love the addition of Brazil nuts because they are so good for us. Brazil nuts are an excellent source of selenium, a powerful antioxidant. Brazil nuts are fantastic for thyroid health to help it function optimally!
Ingredients
- 1 cup raw cashews
- 1 cup raw almonds
- 1/2 cup Brazil nuts halved
- 1/8 cup avocado oil
- 1.5 T Tajin
Instructions
- Add ingredients to a large bowl, mix well
- Pour on baking sheet and bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes or until desired roast level.
