One Pot Beef and Broccoli

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 bell pepper chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1.5 lb broccoli 2 bags roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup soy sauce or liquid aminos
- 1/2 cup Thai sweet ginger Trader Joe’s
- Sriracha - optional if you like spice! I did 1/4 of a cup
- 2 cubes ginger Trader Joe’s
- 2 cubes garlic Trader Joe’s
Instructions
- In a large sauce pan (with a lid) cook the hamburger until almost done
- Once it’s almost done, add the veggies ginger, and garlic. Cover (very important so the steam cooks it!)
- After 10 minutes check on veggies to see if they are cooked thoroughly. If so, add the sauce and cook for an additional 5-10 minutes
- One it has simmered and is all the way done, serve over white rice
