Kale Caesar Salad

  • 1/4 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/8 cup olive oil
  • 2 large cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2-1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • generous amount ground pepper
  • salt
  • parmesan
  • dash of agave
  • smoke paprika

For salad

  • chopped kale
  • fresh parmesan
  • blackened chicken
  • parmesan crisps crumbled up or croutons


  • Massage your kale. This helps to break down the fiber, and make it softer to eat! This makes it taste way better and actually makes it easier to digest
  • Blend or mix all ingredients for dressing together
  • Mix all the ingredients up for the salad, toss the salad with dressing and let it sit for 10 minutes prior to eating it. Add the blackened chicken to top.
