GREEK BOWL WITH LEMON MAPLE TAHINI AND DILL FETA YOGURT SAUCE

The salad bowl is loaded with flavor and color, making the perfect lunch or dinner! It is balanced with carbs, protein, fat and fiber leaving you fully satisfied until your next meal.

Ingredients
  

LEMON MAPLE TAHINI

  • 1 lemon
  • 1 garlic glove
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2-3 tbsp water (or more to thin)

DILLA FETA YOGURT SAUCE 

  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup feta
  • 1 1/2 tsp dried dill
  • Juice from half a lemon

Salad

  • 2 cups chopped romaine
  • 1/4 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1/2 cup chickpeas
  • 3 oz grilled chicken breast
  • 2 tbsp chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup roasted red peppers

Instructions
 

  • Blend each sauce individually
  • Assemble the salad with desired toppings
  • Top with the tahini and dill sauce and enjoy!
