LEMON MAPLE TAHINI
- 1 lemon
- 1 garlic glove
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 2-3 tbsp water (or more to thin)
DILLA FETA YOGURT SAUCE
- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup feta
- 1 1/2 tsp dried dill
- Juice from half a lemon
Salad
- 2 cups chopped romaine
- 1/4 cup chopped cucumber
- 1/2 cup chickpeas
- 3 oz grilled chicken breast
- 2 tbsp chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup roasted red peppers
Blend each sauce individually
Assemble the salad with desired toppings
Top with the tahini and dill sauce and enjoy!
