Spicy Roasted Tomato Bagel Sandwich
Getting 25-30 grams of protein for breakfast is key to balanced hormones (& blood sugar) this bagel does just that while still being tasty
Ingredients
Roasted Tomato Sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 tsp salt sisters tuscan farmhouse
- dash sriracha
- 1 tbsp cream cheese
The Bagel
- 1 Dave's killer bagel
- 2 eggs, scrambled
- handful spinach
- swiss cheese
Instructions
Roasted Tomato Sauce
- Put olive oil in a medium sized pan over medium heat
- Once the oil is heated add the tomatoes and tuscan farmhouse blend
- When the tomatoes are looking roasted add a dash of sriracha and cream cheese and mix altogether until you get a thick liquid form
The Sandwich
- Scramble eggs and add spinach to the pan until wilted.
- Assemble the bagel sandwich by spreading the roasted tomato sauce on your bagel. Add the eggs and cheese and then enjoy!
