Parmesan Chickpea Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients

brussel sprouts, chopped

can
chickpeas, drained and rinsed

tbsp
dijon mustard
2
tbsp
mayo
2
tbsp
honey
salt, pepper, garlic
parmesan cheese
ground mustard seed
Instructions
Chop or shred brussel sprouts.
To a small dish, add mustard, mayo, honey, salt, pepper, and garlic.
Spread brussel sprouts over a baking sheet, pour sauce over and stir until well combined.
Top with parmesan cheese, stir to combine.
Bake at
350
°F
for 35-40 minutes or until brussels are done and slightly crisp.
Top with ground mustard seed and more parmesan if desired.
