refried black beans

red bell pepper, chopped

green bell pepper, chopped

diced green chilis (hot)

cottage cheese, blended

taco seasoning

Monterey Jack cheese
cilantro and jalapeño for garnish
Instructions
Brown meat in large saucepan.
After it is mostly cooked, add bell peppers and green chilis, cook until tender.
Add the taco seasoning.
Add refried black beans. After is has warmed and combined with the meat, pour in the blended cottage cheese.
Transfer to an oven safe dish, top with cheese and broil for a few minutes or until warm and bubbly!
Serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
