Always a crowd favorite, and packed with so many vitamins, minerals and has a decent amount of protein too! This dip is so versatile and can be used in numerous ways- just this week we had it stuffed in chicken, I put it on toast with eggs over easy, and we used it as a sauce for pizza! Truly the recipes are endless!
Add in the spinach, and cook until slightly wilted.
Stir in the cottage cheese an shredded cheese.
Stir until well combined and hot!
Pour into serving dish and top with cheese

You can use cream cheese instead of cottage cheese if you prefer- cream cheese is the OG recipe and gives an extra creamy texture. I did cottage cheese to bump up the protein!
