In a large sauce pan (with a lid) cook the hamburger until almost done
Once it’s almost done, add the veggies ginger, and garlic. Cover (very important so the steam cooks it!)
After 10 minutes check on veggies to see if they are cooked thoroughly. If so, add the sauce and cook for an additional 5-10 minutes
One it has simmered and is all the way done, serve over white rice
