Ingredients

kodiak cakes (original buttermilk or cinnamon oat)

pumpkin

silk ultra almond milk (I used unsweetened)

vanilla
1/2-1

cinnamon

tsp
nutmeg

tsp
maple syrup
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Bake at 350 for 15-18 minutes or until cooked throughout.
Store in an airtight container for up to a week. Reheat in the microwave for 10-15 seconds to have a warm and melty muffin.
