Cast Iron Mexican Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 package chicken breast
- 1 back roasted fajita peppers from @traderjoes
- 1 can black beans
- taco seasoning (I used a blend of @sietefoods, chili lime, cumin, and garlic powder
- 1/4 cup hatch green chili street taco sauce + additional for chicken
- olive
- cheese
Instructions
- Serve over rice or quinoa, or roll up into enchiladas.
