Mango Kefir Smoothie
A gut loving smoothie that is perfectly balanced and so refreshing. Kefir is a great fermented drink that supports your good gut bacteria!
Course Breakfast, Drinks, Snack
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1 cup kefir
- 1-2 pitted dates
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 scoop collagen
- ice
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend. Enjoy!
Note: I topped mine with Trader Joe's coconut granola, fresh strawberries, and bee pollen (fantastic source of antioxidants, b vitamins, and bio available copper)
This ninja blender has been so perfect for smoothies, sauces, dressings, etc. I like that it is small and comes with multiple attachments.
