Mango Kefir Smoothie

A gut loving smoothie that is perfectly balanced and so refreshing. Kefir is a great fermented drink that supports your good gut bacteria!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup kefir
  • 1-2 pitted dates
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 scoop collagen
  • ice

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend. Enjoy!
  • Note: I topped mine with Trader Joe's coconut granola, fresh strawberries, and bee pollen (fantastic source of antioxidants, b vitamins, and bio available copper)

Notes

This ninja blender has been so perfect for smoothies, sauces, dressings, etc. I like that it is small and comes with multiple attachments.
